Vertical roller blind designed for outdoor applications, specifically for side-to-side mounting on building façades. The projecting system has a fixed roller tube that keeps the top part of the fabric in a vertical plane and two aluminium arms that rotate from 0 to 160° hence inclining the bottom part of the fabric (0 to 80°), allowing air to circulate in to the room without reducing the level of solar protection. The whole system blocks automatically in both directions, at a position that may be set any height during installation.
The blind is available in two versions: manual (crank) or motorised.
The aluminium structure is available in the following standard colours: anodised silver or powder enamelled RAL 9010 (white) and consists of:
- Box model CT110 in extruded aluminium or model CP147 in aluminium sheet
- Side channels (model GP32 or GP42) in extruded aluminium: the projecting arm systems are connected to, and slide along, the side channels.
- Intermediate idler tube and Ø 42 mm bottom rail in extruded aluminium with galvanized iron weight bar, both attached to the projecting arms
- Roller tube : 1.25 mm thick galvanised steel tube Ø 70 (crank) or Ø 78 mm (motorised) with slot for mounting fabric
- Motorised version : Tubular single phase motor - 230 V 50 Hz, adjustable limit switch and thermal cut-out with level IP44 protection
Manual version: Crank operated, type TS - gear ratio 1:11
OPTIONALS:
- Remote control, electronic control units for multi-level automation, sun/wind sensors
- Manual (crank) or motorised (230V-50Hz) versions
- With or without cover box : CP147 or CT110
- Choice of side channels GP32 or GP42
- Choice of face mounting with variable height mounting brackets (length of brackets may be chosen depending upon specific project requirements) or lateral mounting in recess with side channel version GP32
ADVANTAGES:
- Unlimited progressive modularity, with possibility of group operation
- System with pivoted arms that rotate from 0 to 160° hence inclining the bottom part of the fabric (0 to 80°)
