The roller blind system with a double cover box has been designed for installation on medium sized horizontal or slanted windows, for indoor use only. However it may also be used on vertical windows where, for example, the blind is required to open from the ground upwards.
The double box system has a counter balancing spring (or another motor in the TTS version) mounted in the second roller tube that keeps the fabric taut in any position. The blind is supplied with the side channels ready mounted on an aluminium “L” profile to facilitate installation, these are then attached to the end cheeks of the boxes.

The aluminium structure is available in the following standard colours: anodised silver, black, bronze or powder enamelled RAL 9010 (white) and consists of:
- Double Box choice depending upon the blind dimensions
- Extruded aluminium side channels with the double task of constraining the fabric and closing the lateral gaps (hence reducing light infiltration: important for blackout systems). The type of side channel determines which family the blind belongs to:
- B family: G39, G49 or GT45 - The fabric is retained inside the side channels with the use of plastic buttons. The belts that keep the fabric taut are hidden inside the side channels. Suitable for small blind sizes (widths up to 120 cm).
- R family: G80 - The fabric is retained inside the side channels with the use of metal reinforcement rods inserted in welded pockets (every 50-70 cm). The belts that keep the fabric taut are hidden inside the side channels.
- S family: GS33, GS43 or GS58 – Sistema SHY ZIP The fabric is retained inside the side channels with the use of the patented “zip” system. The steel cables (connected between the bottom rail and the counter spring/motor) that keep the fabric taut are not hidden and remain in view.
- Bottom rail: model FG42 in extruded aluminium.
- Roller tube : 1.25 mm thick galvanised steel tube Ø 70 (crank) or Ø 78 mm (motorised) with slot for mounting fabric.
- Manual (crank) or motorised operation. Tubular single phase motor 230V-50Hz, adjustable end switch and thermal cut-out with protection factor IP44.

- Remote control, electronic control units for multi-level automation
- Crank or motorised (24V or 230V/50Hz) operation
- Possibility of curved side channels: model GS33 only
- TTS system with double motor for curved systems or dimensions over 200x350 cm
