Roller insect screens with aluminium side channels for operating and securing the fabric along the side channel, reinforced by horizontal steel rods, with a headbox and with winch or motor operation. Ideal for large dimensions.

HEADBOX: C90/CT90 in extruded aluminium consisting of a fixed part and a movable part that can be inspected. Dual side end caps in aluminium, painted in the same colour as the headbox, self-supporting while in motion.
ROLLER TUBE: Ø 42 mm in extruded aluminium with ogive to facilitate maintenance of the fabric
SIDE CHANNELS: G80 in extruded aluminium including brush. Horizontal reinforcement rods in galvanised steel Ø 4.5 mm inserted into pockets welded into the panel every 90 cm to prevent the panel from slipping out of the side channels.
HEM BAR: flat FG42 equipped with lateral sliding plugs
COLOUR: Lacquered white RAL 9010, silver anodised – Removable winch handle in anodised silver/black
OPERATION: zamak winch with a 1:2.8 gear ratio and limit switch. Complete with Ø 13 mm tubular rod in extruded aluminium, removable with a magnetic attachment. Rotating handle with PVC-coated handle; joint applied to the winch, PVC rod holder.
