INSTALLATION: Internal

With its DR Series, Resstende presents horizontal roller blinds equipped with a fabric reinforced with steel slats. The system ensures an optimal and more prolonged hold of the fabric inside the tracks and a closing of the side spaces to avoid blades of lights if the curtain has a darkening function.
It is suitable for medium to large-sized skylights and sloped windows, indoor use only. The horizontal awning is supplied assembled on angular profiles for an easy on-site installation.

CHARACTERISTICS:

APPLICATION: horizontal / inclined. Medium-sized curtains. The system is also suitable for vertical applications where, for example, a bottom-up operation is required.

HEADBOX: double C90 / CT90 box made of extruded aluminum consisting of a fixed and a movable part that can be inspected. Pairs of aluminum side head painted in the same color as the box
ROLLER TUBE: extruded aluminum Ø 42 mm
OPPOSITE ROLL: galvanized iron Ø 43 mm. Return spring in harmonic steel wire contained in the opposing roller, able to keep the sheet in traction in any position
SIDE CHANNELS: G80 made of extruded aluminum, including brush; dual function of containing the fabric during sliding and accommodating the drag belts. Ø 4.5 mm galvanized steel horizontal reinforcement rods inserted in special pockets, welded into the sheet at a distance of about 90 cm to prevent the sheet from spilling out
HEM BAR: flat FG42 made of extruded aluminum with sliding PVC caps and including additional FG42R stiffening profile
COLOUR: White RAL 9010, matt black RAL 9005, anodized silver
OPERATION: with Zamak winch, 1: 3.3 rpm ratio with limit switch. Ø 13 mm extruded aluminum tubular rod, removable with magnetic attachment; PVC-coated jointed handle; joint applied directly to the winch.
MOUNTING: awning is supplied pre-assembled on a 40x25x3 mm angular aluminum profile
