In Bologna, the avant-garde residential complex Residenze Risorgimento, born from the vision of the Antonio Iascone & Partners studio, combines design, functionality, and sustainability, enhancing comfort thanks to the 130 motorized ZIP solar shading systems by Resstende with integrated mosquito nets.

As Arch. Antonio Iascone states: “The partnership with Resstende was dictated by the desire to integrate advanced technological solutions capable of interacting with our design language. The shading systems we have chosen integrate seamlessly with the building envelope, ensuring effective solar protection and preserving the aesthetic identity we envisioned.”

The installed systems, models Z 708, ZZ 708, and Z 713, use Soltis Opaque B92 and Soltis Perform 92 bronze-colored technical fabrics, guaranteeing privacy, thermal and glare control, as well as resistance and insulation.

Rossella Gerosa, Project Manager at Resstende, enthusiastically emphasizes: “This project is further proof of how solar shading solutions can transcend their practical function, becoming architectural elements that enrich design and promote sustainability.”
Residenze Risorgimento is thus configured as a benchmark for the residential construction of the future, where collaboration with partners like Resstende is crucial to ensure high standards of quality and living comfort.
