A top-tier project in an exclusive location: Resstende has supplied the solar shading system for the new Lighthouse Suite of the 5-star San Montano Resort & Spa in Ischia, nestled in lush greenery with views over the Gulf of Naples.
To enhance the suite’s dramatic glass architecture, Resstende installed 12 motorized external inclined roller blinds (model DALLAS TKO 135), featuring a black frame and Sunscreen Satiné 5500 fabric. This design choice merges minimal aesthetics, high technical performance, and visual and thermal comfort—even during the warmest months.
The fabric is flame-retardant, light-filtering, and GREENGUARD-certified, ensuring durability and sustainability in line with the resort’s green philosophy. At the heart of the system is the Traction Kit, a tensioning device that guarantees optimal tension and wind resistance—ideal for inclined surfaces and large glazed areas.
