Resstende contributed its innovative solutions to the new SPRINTGAS headquarters, designed by the studio Antonio Iascone & Partners, within the Borgo Mascarella complex in Bologna.
The 3,800 sqm multifunctional building, spread over two floors plus a mezzanine level, stands out for its modernity, sustainability, and focus on user well-being.

The project included the installation of 121 roller blinds, including 14 Veranda systems for the sloped terrace areas, and F101 chain-operated and F110 motorized models for the interiors.
All structures, made in RAL 8022 blackish brown, are paired with Soltis 86 Horizon fabric, which can block up to 93% of heat, ensuring visual comfort and energy efficiency.

The new building, featuring pitched roofs and glass façades, houses both office and commercial spaces designed to foster collaboration and creativity. The materials and Resstende’s shading solutions were selected to meet the need for modern, welcoming, and sustainable workspaces.

“The SPRINTGAS project was a great opportunity for us,” says Rossella Gerosa, Project Manager at Resstende. “It allowed us to implement solutions that combine sustainability, visual comfort, and energy efficiency – all essential elements for the workplaces of the future.” With this project, Resstende reaffirms its role in the creation of innovative and high-performing spaces, where Made in Italy design meets functionality and environmental responsibility.
