On September 12th started the journey into contemporary architecture of Architetture Condivise, a series of exclusive events designed to explore and celebrate the connections between design, business, and territory, with particular attention to the new paradigms of project design.
The initiative is organized by Marisa Corso of MC International, together with architect and journalist Danilo Premoli of Office Observer, with the support of Resstende.
Resstende’s headquarters in Arcore hosted the first of three events dedicated to architects, designers, and professionals in the Real Estate field. The event offered stimulating reflections on the future of sustainable architecture: during the evening, the case study of the Bonfiglioli Headquarters in Calderara di Reno (Bologna), designed by Peter Pichler Architecture, was presented as an exemplary model of sustainable design applied to the industrial sector.
Architect and engineer Chiara Persi, Property e Facility Management at Bonfiglioli, presented the new company headquarters project, highlighting how it integrates cutting-edge innovation and design, fully embodying the company’s identity and cultural values.
Architect Simona Alù, Associate at Peter Pichler Architecture, delved into the latest trends in sustainable architecture and the innovative solutions employed by the studio, emphasizing the crucial role of solar shading in modern buildings. These elements not only improve energy efficiency but also contribute to the occupants’ comfort and overall building performance by controlling glare and regulating interior temperatures. “The choice of high-quality solar shading solutions like those designed by Resstende for the Bonfiglioli Headquarters project,” she commented, “confirms the shared commitment to sustainability and innovation in the industrial sector—topics we explored and addressed in this first event of Architetture Condivise.”
The evening was moderated by architect Danilo Premoli and introduced by architect Michela Locati, President of the Architects’ Association of Monza and Brianza. The debate provided stimulating insights into the future of sustainable architecture.
The next event in Architetture Condivise will be held on Thursday, October 24th, during which architect Federico Colletta, Co-Founder of CO3 Progetti | Architetti Associati, will present the innovative solutions used in the restyling of the historic Palazzo Assolombarda in Milan, a project driven by ecological sustainability.
