A morning dedicated to the Futurely project, promoted by Confimi, with the goal of building a tangible bridge between schools and the world of work in the Monza Brianza area.

For the second consecutive year, we have chosen to take part in this initiative, firmly believing in the importance of providing young people with meaningful career guidance opportunities and allowing them to experience firsthand the dynamics of a company and the professional paths available after graduation.

At Resstende headquarters, we welcomed two final-year classes from the Leonardo Da Vinci Institute in Carate Brianza, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, for a total of approximately 35 students. The meeting represented the first stage of a journey involving three local companies.

The morning began with a welcome session and a brief introduction, followed by an interactive activity called “Guess the Job,” where students tried to identify the roles of several Resstende employees by asking questions. This dynamic and engaging exercise offered an insightful introduction to the various professional positions within the company.

The program continued with a company presentation and a guided tour of the headquarters, including visits to both the production departments and office areas. To encourage interaction and meaningful discussion, the students were divided into two groups.

The initiative was personally coordinated by Carlotta Gasparini, CFO & Human Resources Manager at Resstende, while CEO Fabio Gasparini opened the event with a speech encouraging students to follow their aptitudes and build their future paths with awareness and determination.

Particularly valuable was the active involvement of the entire Resstende team, whose participation helped make the experience authentic and practical. Equally appreciated was the testimony of a young student currently completing an internship at the company while developing his thesis. His firsthand experience provided valuable insights and advice from a perspective close to that of the students, yet already connected to the professional world.

It was a meaningful opportunity for dialogue and knowledge sharing, confirming the importance of creating connections between schools and businesses to support younger generations as they make important decisions about their future.
