The new Forbes House – Duomo Space in Milan hosted the event dedicated to the 50 HR Managers selected by Forbes Italy for their ability to combine leadership, innovation, and a focus on people.

Among the protagonists was Carlotta Gasparini, CFO of Resstende, selected as one of the professionals capable of authentically interpreting the role of human resources.

For Carlotta, the true strength of Resstende lies in the people who make it up: “I feel I have done everything in my power to perform this role to the best of my ability, balancing the needs of the company with those of the people working here, managing time, spaces, and personal needs. I believe a company is mostly made up of people: their personality, professionalism, and competence. Considering that more than half of our life is spent at work, we should at least try to make it as enjoyable as possible.

The recognition received from Forbes represents an important value signal for Resstende, which has always invested in the growth and well-being of its collaborators. This corporate culture is grounded in the vision shared by CEO Fabio Gasparini and the management, and in its 50th year of activity, it has shown its strength: a reality where passion, continuity, and mutual trust translate into solid relationships, both internally and externally.
