Carlotta Gasparini, CFO of Resstende, shared her experience at the University of Milano-Bicocca during the EFFE Summer Camp, a free summer program dedicated to financial education and female entrepreneurship. The initiative provided an opportunity to engage with younger generations, helping participants explore topics such as economics, financial literacy, and their future professional paths.
During the session, Carlotta spoke about her personal and professional journey, reflecting on the experiences, choices, and lessons that have shaped her over the years: “It fills me with pride to have the opportunity to share my professional journey, my experience, and a part of my life with young women who represent our future. At the same time, I feel a great sense of responsibility: the responsibility to pass on something positive and to offer the kind of advice that I wish I had received myself at their age. I don’t believe I’m old enough to call myself wise, and I know I still have a great deal to learn and many mistakes yet to make. However, since I was fifteen years old, I have lived through experiences that have taught me a great deal and helped shape the person I am today. If I can share even a small part of what I have learned with the younger generation, I would be truly happy.”
The event highlighted the value of bringing together business experience, education, and the next generation through meaningful dialogue and shared perspectives.
