A JOURNEY INTO THE WORLD OF ART
Fields of colour flow slowly, alternating in the eyes of visitors like abstract scenes, mental states in continuous and imperceptible transformation. “Accessing the present” is the narration of a story, an elementary gear designed to show the indecipherable enigma of the gaze. The work invites viewers to observe the piece for a long time, as a mechanical and poetic staging of the encounter between time and the act of looking, half way between memory and imagination. Resstende has caught sight of a new way of designing, one that involves listening, following and respecting the rhythm of time marked by the artist and the artwork itself.
