In the heart of a changing Milan, in the Piazzale Susa area, a new housing model is taking shape thanks to the collaboration between Contract District Group (CDG) and Resstende, two excellent companies in the world of interior design and real estate. The project, promoted by Redbrick Investment Group, involves a 1960s building on Via Giovanni da Milano, which is undergoing a complete redevelopment that will not only improve its energy efficiency but also offer future buyers tailor-made, ready-to-live-in housing solutions.

In the 43 sq.m. sample two-room apartment, which can already be visited, Resstende contributed to the setup by installing F 101 chain blinds with COLORTEX fabric (60% Trevira, 40% PES C1 Natural White, code 37001). These were chosen for the bathroom, living area, and bedroom. This technical detail expresses the project’s bespoke approach and underscores the importance of quality materials, even in furnishings.

According to Saverio Mini, Resstende’s Technical Sales Representative, “CDG’s role was to integrate design, renovation, and the selection of excellent brands, offering a ‘Design & Build’ service unique in Italy. In this context, Resstende has proven to be a reliable partner, capable of combining aesthetics, functionality, and customization.”

The collaboration is part of a broader ecosystem that also involves companies such as Veneta Cucine, Gessi, Flos, Listone Giordano, and many other leading brands. This helps transform each residential unit into a finished “turnkey” product that is accessible and has high added value. This virtuous model sets a new standard for contemporary living in Milan.
