Resstende invests in the future of young people by joining Futurely, the project designed to support girls and boys who want to make conscious choices and chart a secure path towards their future.

The initiative, promoted by Confimi Industria Monza Brianza, aims to strengthen the dialogue between schools and businesses, offering young people a concrete opportunity to learn about the world of work firsthand. The work orientation program conceived by Futurely and supported by Resstende is aimed at students in the fourth and fifth grades of the IIS Albert Einstein in Vimercate, with specializations in Automation and Information Technology.

Resstende, together with two other local companies, dedicated the morning of Wednesday, April 16th to the students to help them explore professional prospects. During the meeting at the Resstende Headquarters in Arcore, the students participated in a training session in the auditorium, visited the headquarters and its production departments to discover the beating heart of the company, and took part in “Guess the Job”, an interactive game where they guessed the roles of some employees, who shared experiences and answered questions and curiosities.

We are enthusiastic about opening the doors of our company and helping to inspire the new generations – says Carlotta Gasparini, CFO and Human Resources Manager of ResstendeJoining this project dedicated to young people means for us having the opportunity to show the young people a working environment ready to welcome them, valuing professional paths that are just as dignified and stimulating as academic ones.”
