The restyling of the UniCredit Headquarters on Via Fara in Milan introduces a new approach to the workplace, where the management of natural light becomes an integral part of architectural quality. The intervention has transformed the spaces into more efficient and comfortable offices, combining design, functionality and visual wellbeing.

In this context, Resstende installed 140 motorized roller blind systems, distributed from the ground floor to the fifth floor. The F110 system, with pre-assembly profile and F21 bottom bar in RAL 9010, is integrated into a recessed niche clad in aluminum sheet to ensure a discreet solution consistent with the interior architecture. The Sunscreen Satinè 5500 shading fabric, with 4% openness factor, balances the entry of natural light with protection from solar radiation, improving visual comfort within the working environments.

The shading systems are installed on the façades facing Via Fara and Via Cornalia and allow the optimization of light control according to orientation and different exposure conditions. The automated system dynamically regulates the flow of light throughout the day, contributing to the quality of the spaces and the wellbeing of users.

The project, designed by architects Gianluca Lazzati and Nicola Crivelli, included from the outset the integration of solar shading systems as a key element to ensure environmental comfort, efficiency and architectural coherence in contemporary workspaces.
